Christy Lara is a native Texan – born in Houston. She came to work for Randalls in January 1994 as a cashier. She has held several retail positions including Service Center Clerk, Service Center Manager, Non-Foods Clerk, Treehouse Manager, Service Manager, Cash Office Clerk, and File Maintenance Clerk. She transitioned to the Backstage environment in 2001 and has held the following positions: District Trainer, District Safety Coordinator, DM Admin/Special Projects, ROM/HR Director Admin, and Consumer Protection Auditor. She became the SCEA Coordinator for the Texas Division in August, 2007. Christy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She is married to her husband of six years and has a two year old daughter and another child due in August, 2008.
